9. Intellectual Property
All materials remain the intellectual property of Matric4All and may not be copied, shared, or distributed.
10. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to:
- Act respectfully
- Maintain academic integrity
- Avoid plagiarism or misconduct
Failure to comply may result in removal from the programme.
11. Privacy Policy
All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Limitation of Liability
Matric4All is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of its services.
13. Amendments
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
15. Late Payment, Interest and Suspension of Services
- Fees are payable in advance each month.
- Late payments may incur:
- R150 administration fee
- 2% monthly interest on outstanding amounts
Matric4All reserves the right to:
- Suspend access to the platform
- Withhold results or services
A reactivation fee may apply once payment is settled.
